[nabs-l] Using Google Docs

Gloria,

I actually disagree with Hope about Google Docs not being accessible
with a screen reader. I am using Jaws 16 with firefox and I am able to
access all of its function. If you are using Jaws, there is a hot key
that will toggle screen reader accessibility; I believe it is
insert+alt+z, but it tells you right on the page. Take time to explore
all of the features available and just play around with it. If you
have specific questions, I'm pretty proficient with the Google suite
of apps so feel free to message me off list. I also want to mention
that the iPhone apps for Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides are extremely
voiceover friendly. I have been able to do basically everything that I
could on the computer with the iPhone apps.

HTH,
Minh
