[nabs-l] IPhone help urgently needed; VoiceOver has disappeared

Hi,
What model is the device in question? 
This will help us determine what we can offer for troubleshooting steps. 

1. Have you done a reset and/or turned the device off and back on recently? 
2. Have you recently closed all your apps? 
3. Did you try to toggle voiceover with "triple-click home? If so, what happened?
