I hope all of you are well. I am in the middle of writing a constitution for a school organization I am starting in the Fall semester and I am a bit stuck on the section pertaining to proxy voting. Can someone give me an understanding of what that is and preferred ways of dealing with it in terms of a chapter or organization?
