[nabs-l] serious question

Is there a reason you have to have these people in your house, or can you
actively learn daily living skills with the help of a rehab teacher? Just
trying to think of a way you can proactively eliminate the need for
care-givers. If you have other disabilities with physical limitations,
that's another story, but someone should not need any household assistance,
solely because they are blind. If this is the case with you, be encouraged,
because you can be trained to be totally independent.

Meanwhile, there have been very good tips given on this list.
