Hi, Just recently, whenever I do a Windows Defender scan, JAWS freezes. I know that a big update to Windows 10 just came out on Friday, so maybe that's why? I did a repair and a re-install of JAWS, and it still happens. Any thoughts? Maybe just don't use it? I use del support assist as well. Ian
