[NABS-L] What is the best independent living faculty?

Hello,
I’m a student in California and I am looking to go to a residential independent living skills program because I need better blindness skills before I can really do well in college. I know that in california there are Hatlen and The orientation Center for the blind, but I have heard really great things about the colorado center for the blind and from what I know it seems like the best option. I’m wondering what others experiences are and if anyone has any advice to help DOR send me to the right place.
