[NABS-L] Wanting to know some great ideas for marketing state scholarship programs in affiliates?

I have done that through our state blindness agency as that’s where our teachers of the visually impaired are, and I haven’t had as much luck as I’d hoped. So this is why I’m wondering what else I can do besides get information out to disability services of colleges.
