Cari,

If I am understanding what you wrote correctly the ship provided a relief 
area, but it was not accessible to you at all times?  That does not sound 
reasonable to me at all.  It seems that would seriously restrict what you 
were able to do on the ship because you would have to alter your plans to 
fit when the relief area was open.

I'm not sure what the next step would be to resolve this situation.  Marion, 
Craig and Angie on this list are all very good with  legal issues.  I'm sure 
one of them will offer some ideas.
