[nagdu] a breeding question

Hey Meghan,

I think Yani is another Golden in a GSD suit. And Glazie should have been
born a GSD (though she does have the famous Lab apetite).

Good points.

Angie (not sure why she's still awake)

Yes. I've seen english and american labs at the seeing eye, know someone
with an english lab from GDB and one from Guiding eyes and one from Leader.
It is true that american labs are typically more hyper/high strung, but you
could get a high strung english lab, too. My shepherd is a testament to
this fact. If I had my heart set on a shepherd purely for the temperment, I

would not be pleased with this dog. She is a golden in a shepherd suit in a

lot of ways, though she does work like a shepherd. Rather than asking for a

specific breed, it is better to ask for a specific temperament. You are
more likely to get the right match.

Just my thoughts,
Meghan
