[nagdu] tripping on bones

Rox,
I used to shove my shoes under the couch to hide them from myself when I
would drag myself home from the dog park after a few hours of walking around
while my young poodle ran like the wind.
When I recovered from my state of collapse and it was time to go again, I
could never find both shoes again. Or both socks. Or both gloves. /lol/
I have some suspicions about that. But I was delighted to discover that if
she wanted to go back out badly enough, she would "find the other shoe."
Ah, I can tell she's been mostly a grown up for awhile. When we meet
puppies at the dog park, I find myself thinking how much I miss having one
around with all that play and energy... Insanity!

Albert,
My border collie retired guide was a shoe thief. She didn't damage
them, just stole them and hid them. This made me do two things.
1. be more careful where I put my shoes
2. It made me teach my golden retriever to find the shoes I lost and
bring them to me.
I could never teach Gracy, my bc not to hide them.
