unappreciated attempts to help Angry Albert.

As a retired lawyer, I have been very impressed by your analysis,
understanding of issues concerning legislative intent and your accuracy in
interpreting statutory construction in an understandable way.  Your informed
commentary and measured judgment is greatly appreciated.
