hi Meghan,

Do you have booties for your dog??

Also, you might want to soak a bandana in cool water and tie it around his 
neck.

I've also heard it's good to spray a little water on your dog's stomach and 
chest.

When it is hot here, I take my dog out on a limited basis and try to get 
walking done in the mornings or evenings.
