Hi Buddy.
Sorry to hear Chet will be retiring sometime soon.  It's never easy, and
second-guessing the dicision seems to be part of the process.  But I'm
sure you'll do what's best for both of you.
Hope everything works out smoothly, setting up training that works with
your needs.
