Oh, boy, now I've heard it all--smile.

But that article does seem to indicate that penalties for access
discrimination are substantial and probably would act as a deterrent.
Here in our glorious country it takes forever and ever and there may never
be a verdict and little compensation.
Besides, half the time even the authorities in quotes don't know what the
law is, it's the height of absurdity.
