and one of these days, Hope, You need to take Beignet to the home of  
the best Beignets!  Also Laveau wants to meet another dog with a New  
Orleans name!  I had beignets last week and thought of you!  They are  
so good.
*sigh*

For the curious, Beignets are doughnut-type things served here in New  
Orleans.  They are fried dough, covered in powdered sugar.  Messy?  
Yes, but very good.
