[nagdu] Response from TSA

Intact it will be. to paraphrase any of it would lose the enormity of the
message and the fact that even though it is slow to trickle down to people
on the front lines, it is understood and known at the highest levels of the
organization. Only through constructive dialogues like the one you offered
will others come to know of the proper procedures to follow for handlers
traveling with their guides. Thanks again.
