Is this a problem from your perspective or from your mom's? I'd figure
this out before resolving it. Tell your mom there are tickets to
whatever she values and see if she has a problem with your dog barreling
through. That will tell you all you need to know.

Hey All
My guide and I do great outdoors and in. I need for him though to slow
down in stores a bit especially in crowded areas. My mom says he just
sort of barrels his way through the crowds. I tried gently bouncing the
harness and also slowly pulling then pushing forward on the handle.
Thanks for any suggestions. He is a speed demon.
