[nagdu] Debate rages over whether dog is service animal or pet

Marion,

I understand, but I think what Steve and I were saying is that it's not a 
service dog in the first place.  the woman clearly states that the dog 
hasn't been individually trained to do anything in particular.  It supports 
her by being a dog, which is an emotional support dog IMO.
