[nagdu] Need Advice About Allergic Coworker

We use the dog to mitigate our disability. Without the dog we are unable to
move freely and independently. Is this coworkers condition a diagnosed
severe allergy bordering on a disability? If not you and your needs trump
theirs and there just needs to be a respectful distance kept between one
another.

Can't the guy get allergy tested?  It may have to be voluntary on his 
part, but I don't understand how he can claim he is allergic to dogs 
with out an allergy test as proof.  That would leave every service dog 
user at the mercy of whoever wanted to make something up.  Brenda
