I have so much to do for sure. but I will be having the gift of three
interns for my blind spot, and perhaps we could mount something here.

No.

It is not illegal to own or use a guide dog harness. It is illegal to
misrepresent your pet as a service animal to gain public access But if
putting a guide dog harness on your pet and walking laps around the block is

entertaining for you, feel free.

There are other places to get guide dog harnesses, other than the issued
harnesses from the established programs. I used to own one such company.
Now, Pawpower Creations is the new company name. the owner is on this list.

She is very knowledgeable and reputable.

There are other less scrupulous companies as well. Perhaps if you have
spare time and need things to do, you could approach some of the companies
on the internet that sell ID to people saying that their dog is a service
dog. Most of these companies charge fees. Most never tell the unsuspecting
legitimate service dog users that ID isn't necessary. Maybe worst of all
often they do absolutely nothing to ensure that the person and dog they are
issuing ID to are infact legitimate.
