Hi:

Susan is my girlfriend and Bogart is always a bit more distracted when we are walking together. Of course, it isn't always easy to stay calm but I think it is mor about how you are communicating when things go wrong or you are faced with a challenge. Not to quote the dog whisperer but it is true, if we stay calm and assertive we are much better communicators and usually can  achieve our goal.
