[nagdu] places a guide dog can't go

I was thinking more about public places, although I wasn't very  clear about 
that.  employment is more involved and complicated than what I was thinking 
of.

In the case of the private school, I definitely agree.  I would have 
difficulty as a parent, being told not to bring the dog.  Not sure about the 
legal issues there though.

Interesting stuff.  thanks for the ideas!
