[nagdu] Grave problems with Pilot Dogs program

well Lisa they teach you how to teach your dog new commands and I worked
with Graham last week teaching my dog the follow command at Guiding Eyes, so
they don't say you can't just be sure they are following the right person
and not just some random person. I have taught all of my dogs to follow as
well as a few other commands that they did not learn at GEB.
