That is right, animals are covered under the Fair Housing Amendments act as
the definition of service animal as it relates to the ADA does not apply to
housing.

So does this mean that if I said I needed to have a piton for emotional
support in a house I could? Also, it seems that ADA might cover the
situation in the school housing, but maybe I just misunderstand what I read.
