Once I had a problem and filed a report on site, but of course the officer had to help with that. She was very cooperative because she believed that the situation I was in was in error, but I had been taken back to their special examining area or whatever it is because of the person helping me through the airport. TSA got right back to me on this; they reviewed the video and agreed with me that it was wrong and explained how it was that it had happened, that they themselves had not been responsible. I'm just saying they were cooperative. Yours is, of course, a slightly different situation.
