[nagdu] Attaching the Cane to the Harness

So long as the pouch doesn't easily come off the harness. I put a
pouch/harness sign on my dog when we firt came home. One day though,
when I was getting her out from under the bus seat, the sign/pouch
slipped right off without me realizing. It wasn't until I was stepping
off the bus when a fellow passenger told me that I had left something
and gave me the pouch. I haven't bothered to put it back on since,
since i regularly take the bus in my commute from work.
