Hi we live in an apartment on the second floor and we don't mind taking them out but other dogs live here and they want everything picked up which is good but if things weren't picked up our dogs were blamed even if we could prove it wasn't them. It wasn't worth the hassle and now the manager has seen our dogs use the harnesses and knows that we are keeping up our part of the bargain.
