Unfortunately they know next to nothing about guide dogs the training or what a dog is capable of. They think that I need to comply with there judgment calls. I work very part time and they seem to think that dictating how I get to work is there concern. I don't agree since i'm pretty sure I'm not covered by there insurance. Any suggestions would be helpful.
