Yep, I think you are right.  When I went back 3 years ago, it was in the new
dorms, and after a short while and a good orientation to the facility, it
was just like being at home and navigating inside was not a problem.  Still,
there were areas that tended to throw people off, but luckily they would end
up in the canteen area:)

I think that's the case, but lots of people at least came to the lounges
with neither dog nor cane.

they may have softened that to include the dorm wing--in fact, they might
