A friend of mine met a bomb-sniffer dog the other day, working the terror
alert in New York.  She was a small yellow lab, career-changed from GEB. 
She was trained to find 32 different scents.  She sniffed very loud, like
a cartoon dog.  Her cop partner trained with her for 15 weeks, during the
day, not all the time like we do.
The cop said that they call golden/lab crosses glabs.  I like it!
