Here in California we DO have laws that prohibit the use of cell phones
while driving - hands-free devices OK but texting is NEVER the thing to do.
But these laws seem to be blown off by everyone. It's a scary thought to
know that folks are on cell phones and texting and I don't know about iot
cause I can't see them. YIKES!
