[nagdu] another what would you do question

This is true, dogs should not act like that, however, there are always
reasons for things. Sometimes it's the handler, sometimes the dog, sometimes
the dog had pore training, or a dog that should never have been placed
becomes a guide dog. I am kind of interested in learning the back story on
this issue.
