[nagdu] Tell the whole truth

Laurel,

I am glad to know that the issue was resolved as well as could be in the
end. I am so sorry that your friend had to go through this!

So the dog is with her, so that she can decide where it will spend its
retirement? That is good, and I hope things work out well for both of them.

For myself, I thought you handled the request for a friend well. It's
never easy to do that, but if someone needs assistance now and doesn't
have time or whatever to seek answers themselves all over the place...
Then what are friends for but to use their sources of information and
assistance? /smile/ It's always tricky on a public list, though, because
you need -- or at least, I always feel I do -- to protect the privacy of
the friend and walk a careful line with specifics of the oth party, as
well. If It's not my own story, then I don't have the right to give
details! So I think you took that tack, too.

Anyway, best to your friend. I look forward to meeting her when/if she
joins us here!

Tami
