Bibi there is no good reason for the buses to leave you when standing and waiting or just trying to get to them. And if a transit driver would refuse to pick up a blind person and his or her service dog the driver would be fired and if a complaint were actually made paratransit would be probably closed.at the very least there would be an investigation.
