Hi Reinhart,

I'm so sorry that Von isn't working out for you. It sounds like you're doing
the right thing here by returning the dog to the school. It sounds like the
dogs has a lot of issues going on hear and that he probably shouldn't of
been put out as a guide. Will you be getting another dog? All the best to
