HI Shannon, Freedom Guide Dogs is located in New York, near Syracuse. Students are trained in their hometowns. I know someone who has a dog from that school and he told me that Freedom is a good school. They train Labs. Not sure what else they train. Hope this helps, Chantel and Motley
