[nagdu] Problem with online GDUI shopping

I have a problem. I had ordered two harness accessories from the Guide 
Dog Users Incorporated (GDUI) online shopping store for my next dog, 
since I have had to retire Destiny.

I ordered both the harness purse/key pouch and a harness sign "please 
don't pet me I am working" on July 23. On August 17, I received the 
purse/key pouch with nothing else inside the package.

Does anyone know I how I can contact GDUI about what happened to the 
rest of my order?
