[nagdu] Ismael not doing things right

Ramona,
I am glad to hear that someone from Seeing Eye is coming to work with you. I
hope that you all can fix the problem. I know how difficult it is when we
have issues as a guide dog team. I've had Pascal, my guide dog for a little
over 3 years. And I can't tell you how much visits from my Field Rep have
helped.
Wishing you the best. Keep us posted!
Deanna and Pascal

hello all, i had a long wonderful, talk with someone from tse today who saw
ismael and i in action last month when i was there and he is going to
attempt to get someone out asap, he agrees that someone should have been out
sooner. he also gave me allot of wonderful suggestions. he is also just as
shocked at ismaels actions as I am because he too knows ismaels layed back
all serious temprament and has seen how well we worked together during
training. I believe that that helps a little more than just reading a file
about someone you've never met. I feel like things are going in the right
direction now, and i'm somewhat relieved. some of the things he suggested I
am already trying and they are working so far.
