[nagdu] Guide Dog User Denied Access in Virginia

It is amazing how when we are having our rights violated and we stand up for them, we are creating a disturbance, yelling at someone, being disruptive or uncooperative. That was the same sort of experience I had on Southwest Airlines last week.
