Dan,
You're calling them because they are a business that has a service that you would like. You aren't calling to ask the cute girl that answers the phone on a date.
They are being nonresponsive. Call them as this pertains to business and isn't nagging.
If you were calling on a personal matter, then I'd say wait a few days. This isn't the case. All you know is that you will meet somewhere and sometime on Thursday. That does nobody any good. Make them firm up plans, or tell them what you need, we need to meet at x time in y location. If they respond with something else, decide if you can do that.
