I wouldn't give a seven year old any kind of service dog.
A pet yes.
that is just too young.

Many blessings,

At the center of your being you have the answer; you know who you are and
you know what you want.

I was really younge wen I got my first guide dog, 45! I do know some kids
who could do it but those are rare. Dogs are sort of like kids who never
grow up. And, they come with a lot of responsibility. Also, her peers would
be a potential issue. Even if she was really good with the dog, a clas full
of other kids wanting to pet, feed or otherwise interact with the dog could
cause the girrl a lot of stress.
