[nagdu] Removing Harness and Leash for Security Re: flying withPrincess for the first time

I still have a copy if anyone needs it, and, if I ever get the "dog run
in airport" list I'll share it.  I've written to several different
people and agencies.  I work with Open Doors, have a few connections
with TSA and so on and so on.
