hi, the only person i listened to when deciding to get a dog was me, because 
i'm the only one who truely knows my abilities and limitations, and i 
personaly have always loved all our 4 footed, feathered, finned and scaled 
friends (except for roaches, YUCK)
thats my story, and i'm stick'en to it lol
just make the decision on whats best for you and nobody else
