[nagdu] owner training

The only card I have ever shown is one of those "I am a Service Dog"
cards I bought from www (dot) sitstay (dot) com. I bought a set of
about 50 to give out to curious people. They tell a little about what
different assistance dogs do and show a portion of federal law, if I
remember right. I have never been asked to show ID, and only have been
questioned once, back in 2006, by a polite cashier making sure my dog
was a guide dog, not my pet (as if the harness wasn't a clue *smile*).
