[nagdu] Avoiding Toy and Bone Problems

I used to feel like that.  All the dogs I'd ever known just totally
destroyed stuffed squeakies.  But, when Ben's raisers said it was his
favorite, I got him one, with no bits sticking out to tear off, and
sturdily made, and he loved it!  And he didn't destroy it!  We still have
it, 5 years later.
It may be a problem, when Ben retires and New Dog comes along, but I'll
worry about that when it happens.
I'm glad his raiser wrote it in his profile, and I gave it a try, because
Ben gets a big kick out of his squeaky toys.
Sometimes it pays to try something new, with careful supervision, as with
any new toy.
