[nagdu] Written Paper Trail was Re: Mark's dogs

To each his own, but I actually find to the contrary. If you have a written 
paper trail, if you have to take it to the next level, the person can't say 
I didn't say/write that if you have the emails to prove it. Just my 2 cents.
