Hi Crystel

I'm Debbie and i ahve ahd my dog a yellow lab for about 18 monhs now.
I got her at uide Dogs of the Desert near Palm Springs, California.
I ahd no home interview but had to send a home made video showing me
walking with my can and tking the bux and light rail train, crossing
at lights. Mobility work. I ahd to ahve references (people who know
me). The classes are not in a school like setting it was more
comfortable like at home ina living room with big cushiony couches
where we could stretch out with our new dogs at our feet.

I also want to add that GDD has a very special graduate student. if i
remember her name correctly it's Lee Ann from China. She and her
Guide Dog graduated years ago. Candy is the dog's name and Candy is
the Ambassador to all guide dogs in China. there were no Guiding dogs
before Candy. I got to meet this team at the Guide Dog Conference
here in Portland, Oregon
