Hi Dar,

the driveway is very, very steep and it's not a short trip.  

I knew about the paratransit's excuses from the beginning of when I moved here in 2009, but now that I'm injured and can't hop up the steep driveway to get anywhere via paratransit, well, I'm stuck.

I will try to get in touch with my senator and I have my alderman's number too so I think I'll call him as well.

thanks for the idea, and thanks for all the well wishes and prayers on my behalf.
