[nagdu] Altercation on the bus yesterday - who "wins"?

The dog was not acting in an out-of-control manner.  the only time it got out of control was when they both began to argue back and forth and then the woman began to argue with the bus driver, which in my opinion, at that point, she should've been let off the bus.  Wheelchair or not.
