Cindy,
Are you refering to the fact that a school will ask you where you've been 
for a dog in the past if you weren't going for a first dog?  Or do you have 
to tell nosey guide dog users about your previous school?

Schools will ask you what specific programs have you attended on the 
application and I've always told them.  If I had a problem with the previous 
school, I would talk to the new school about the problem so you are above 
board on everything.

If guide dog users want to know about your schools attended or what the 
nature of problems you had with them - if there was any - you have the 
choice to say something or not.  If they have no need to know - they have no 
need to know, period.
